What are MTGap credits?
MTGap credits are the currency for AI-powered features across the Timocéa platform — generating AI scoring, writing reports, running predictive models, and drafting narratives. Each action consumes a small number of credits. Every plan includes a monthly credit allocation, and additional credits can be purchased at any time.
Can I use my own API key?
Yes. On Business and above, you can connect your own OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock credentials. When your own key is active, AI features use it directly and do not consume MTGap credits.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier is permanently free — no credit card required. Team and Business plans offer a 14-day full-access trial. The Transform program includes a no-obligation consultation call before any commitment.
What happens when credits run out?
AI-powered features pause until credits are replenished. Core platform features (dashboards, process maps, ROI entries, pulse check-ins) remain fully available. You can top up credits instantly from the billing page.
Is the Transform program a SaaS subscription?
No. The Transform program is a fixed-fee 12-week engagement that includes facilitated workshops, an expert AI transformation lead, and full platform access for up to 25 participants. It ends after the 12 weeks — many clients then continue on a continuation-tier subscription for ongoing monitoring. Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over when downgrading.
Is Timocéa GDPR compliant?
Yes. Timocéa is built and hosted in Switzerland/EU-equivalent infrastructure. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We act as a data processor under GDPR and offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) for all paid plans.
